4. Your Business Data and AI
iBeVisible uses artificial intelligence to assist with creating and adapting content. When you use AI-powered features, relevant information you provide may be processed to generate the content or response you request.
Your Information Stays Yours
You retain ownership of the business materials and content you provide to iBeVisible. Providing information to iBeVisible does not transfer ownership of your proprietary business information to us.
Private Business Information
Your uploaded business materials, brand information, audience information and knowledge sources are treated as private account information and are not made publicly available by iBeVisible unless you or an authorised user choose to publish or distribute content.
No Sale of Your Brand Data
We do not sell your proprietary business materials, uploaded company documents or subscriber lists to advertisers or data brokers.
Your proprietary company documents and private brand materials are not used by iBeVisible to train public AI models.
Where third-party AI providers are used to provide Platform functionality, information may be processed by those providers as necessary to deliver the requested service, subject to the arrangements we have with those providers. We take steps designed to ensure that business information submitted through iBeVisible is handled consistently with our privacy and security commitments.
5. AI-Generated Content and Human Review
iBeVisible may use your business and brand information to generate content that is more relevant to your organisation. AI-generated content is treated as draft content and should be reviewed by an authorised user before publication.
iBeVisible does not independently publish AI-generated content simply because it has been created. Where the Platform supports publishing, scheduling or distribution, those actions occur based on instructions, approvals or settings provided by authorised users of your workspace.
6. Third-Party Integrations
You may choose to connect iBeVisible with third-party services such as WordPress, email services, social platforms or other supported applications. When you connect a third-party service, iBeVisible may exchange information with that provider as required to perform the action you have requested.
For example, if you instruct iBeVisible to publish an approved article to your WordPress website, information necessary to publish that article will be transmitted to the connected service. Third-party platforms operate under their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review those policies before connecting a service.
7. How We Protect Your Information

Workspace Access
You are responsible for controlling who has access to your iBeVisible workspace and assigning appropriate permissions to your team members. You should keep passwords and login credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. While we take reasonable steps to protect information, no internet-based service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

We will process valid deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and our legitimate record-keeping obligations. Some information may need to be retained after an account is closed where required for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
16. Privacy Complaints
If you have a question or concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can investigate:
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant privacy regulator, including the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) where applicable.
17. Children's Privacy
iBeVisible is a business marketing platform and is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children for the purpose of providing individual iBeVisible accounts. If you believe personal information about a child has been provided to us inappropriately, please contact us.
18. Data Breaches
If a data breach occurs, we will investigate and respond in accordance with applicable privacy and data breach notification requirements. Where required by law, we will notify affected individuals and relevant regulatory authorities.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to iBeVisible, our technology providers, our information-handling practices or applicable laws. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
